Service Warranty

Terms & Conditions of 1-Year Repair Warranty:

• The repair and parts replaced are warranted against poor workmanship and defects for a period of 12 months from the date of repair rendered.
• This warranty shall immediately cease and become void if the appliance is found to have been tampered, modified, the serial number defaced, removed or repaired by an unauthorised person.

1-year repair warranty shall be subject to the following limitations and exclusions:

• Malfunctions or damages resulting from natural disaster, fire, civil unrest and/or accidents.
• Defects from using wrong electrical supply, misuse or damage by negligence and abuse
• Usage in places where the air is polluted with dust particles or chemical fumes
• Normal wear and tear, sweating, corrosion, rusting or stains
• Water leakage due to blockage of drainpipe under normal use
• All defects must be reported promptly.
• The warranty does not cover transport charges incurred for checking defects not under warranty.
• Incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded by this warranty.
• A Service Fee of $64.20 will be charged if checking of defects not under warranty/ under normal wear and tear issue.
