Standard Aircon Servicing (Wall Mounted AC)

Commercestar Engineering Standard Servicing Scope of Works:

Pre-Servicing Checks
   1. Check remote controller Operation
  2. Check airflow
   3. Check for any abnormal sounds when aircon is in operation

FCU Service
   1. Wash FCU cover, filters and drain pan with anti-bacterial solution
   2. Vacuum drainage pipe system
   3. Brush and vacuum evaporator coil
   4. Vacuum and brush blower wheel
   5. Check electrical terminals and tighten connections if required

Condenser Service
1. Check gas pressure if AC is not blowing cold air. If AC is cold, we do not recommend to check gas pressure because small amount of gas/refrigerant will be released as we open the valve. Checking gas pressure too many times will deplete gas level.

Final Report - To Issue the Servicing report on our Findings and recommendations.

Premium Aircon Servicing (Wall Mounted AC & Ceiling Cassette AC)

Commercestar Engineering Premium Servicing Scope of Works:

Pre-Servicing Checks
   1. Check remote controller Operation
  2. Check airflow
   3. Check for any abnormal sounds when aircon is in operation

FCU Service
   1. Wash FCU cover, filters and drain pan with anti-bacterial solution
   2. Vacuum drainage pipe system
   3. Brush and vacuum evaporator coil
   4. To Dismantle and remove Blower to wash and clean
5. To Dismantle whole drain tray to wash and clean
6. Check electrical terminals and tighten connections if required

Condenser Service

Hydro Jet Wash Service (Wall Mounted AC)

Commercestar Engineering Hydro Jet Wash Service Scope of Works:

Pre-Servicing Checks
   1. Check remote controller Operation
  2. Check airflow
   3. Check for any abnormal sounds when aircon is in operation

FCU Service
   1. Wash FCU cover, filters and drain pan with anti-bacterial solution
   2. Vacuum drainage pipe system
3. To Perform Hydro Jet Wash using a Special water jet to remove dust/ dirt that is trapped in between gap of evaporator coil and fan blower as well as the back of the FCU that is not accessible through normal brushing and vacuum.
   4. To Dismantle and remove Blower to wash and clean
5. To Dismantle whole drain tray to wash and clean
6. Check electrical terminals and tighten connections if required
