Annual Aircon Servicing Contract in Singapore
Keep your residential aircon maintained throughout the year with Commercestar's scheduled aircon maintenance contract. Choose tri-yearly servicing (3 visits per year) or quarterly servicing (4 visits per year), with packages based on the number of indoor fan coil units.

What Is Included?
- 3 or 4 scheduled general servicing visits during the annual plan, depending on the selected option
- Routine cleaning and maintenance under the chosen package
- Our office assists with scheduling each applicable visit
What Is Not Included?
Chemical cleaning, major repairs, refrigerant top-ups and replacement parts are not included unless stated in the purchased plan. Existing product terms specify eligibility for units installed by Commercestar Engineering.
